28 November 2008 – Appointment of Deputy President to Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal

Attorney-General Robert McClelland today announced the appointment of Justice Margaret White as Deputy President of the Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal. The Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal hears and determines appeals from courts martial and Defence Force magistrates in respect to service offences by Australian Defence Force personnel. Justice White has been a judge of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1992.
